According to the "Al-Assar" system for monitoring the prices of agricultural and food products for the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, the average selling prices at the national level for animals prepared for slaughtering Eid al-Adha, for different species, data was generated on July 6 as follows:
The lamb price at the national level ranges between 2000 and 4200 dirhams per head. 50% of the advertised prices for the offer are less than 2,800 dirhams.

The frequently observed price ranges between 900 and 1700 dirhams/head for ewes. 50% of the listed prices of the offer are less than 1200 dirhams.
As for goats, the regular price ranges between 500 and 1100 dirhams per head. 75% of the advertised prices for the offer are less than 1,000 dirhams.
- For goats, the observed recurring price ranges between 850 and 1950 dirhams/head. 50% of the listed prices of the offer are less than 1300 dirhams.
Al-Assar system allows the possibility of raising the daily surveys carried out by the Ministry's services, and the prices of all agricultural sectors (fruits and vegetables, grains, legumes, live animals, etc.) in the four stages of the sale. (Wholesale, retail, supermarket, and weekly markets).
