These companies are divided into legal persons with 27,812 units and natural persons (11922), as the same source identifies.

Trade monopolizes in each sector.35.89% of the total business innovation, followed by construction and public works (BTP), real estate activities (18.45%), miscellaneous services (17.25%), transportation (9.20%), industries (6.83%), and hotels and restaurants (6.37%). ), the ICT sector (2.59%), agriculture and fishing (2.29%), and financial activities (1.14%) refer to the dashboard of the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property.
The regional distribution shows the predominance of the Casablanca-Settat region with 11305 companies, ahead of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima (5472), Rabat-Salé-Kenitra (5438), Marrakesh-Safi (3793) and Fez-Meknes (3084). Souss-Massa (2625), Sharqi (2178), Laayoune - Sakiia El Hamra (1.885), Beni Mellal-Khenifra (1439), Draa-Tafilalet (1128), Dakhla-Oued Eddahab (954) and Guelmim-Oued Noun (433).
Regarding the legal form, 62.5% of the companies created are limited liability companies with one partner (SARLAU), 37.2% are limited liability companies (SARL) and 0.2% are public limited companies (SA).
