The importer and distributor of information technology Disty Technologies obtained a visa from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority to be listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
This operation, with a total value of AED 171,678,284, aims to support the growth of Disty Technologies.
The subscription period is scheduled from 05 to 08 July 2022 at 3:30 pm, inclusive of the share price of 284 dirhams.
Disty Technologies shares will be offered for sale through a network of bank branches and stock exchanges.
