The government has decided to increase by 40% the value of subsidies granted to road transport professionals
The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announced, on Tuesday, that the government decided to increase by 40% the value of the support granted to road transport professionals within the framework of the fourth tranche of support.
“Given the continuation of the current situation characterized by high fuel prices, the government decided to increase the value of the support granted to workers in land transport by 40% in relation to the fourth tranche of support, which must be granted within a month,” the ministry said in a statement, July 2022.
The government has launched this operation to support specialists in road transport with the aim of preserving the purchasing power of citizens, given the current situation characterized by the continuous rise in fuel prices, it has been determined.
Thus, professionals have already benefited from two subsidies allocated to them according to categories, while the third batch of subsidies is being worked on.
