Quoted in a press release from Al Omrane on the holding of the Group's Supervisory Board, Kanouni said that the investment mobilized reached 4.48 billion dirhams, thus enabling the construction of 18,769 units and the completion of 20,373 on its own. and with partners.
At the level of urban restructuring and upgrading activities, the works benefited 96,173 families at the level of completion and 79,146 families for construction starts.
Regarding the Action Plan for the year 2022, Kanouni stressed that despite the ongoing health context, the Group expects an increase in turnover to 4.25 billion dirhams, the same for investments that should reach 4.54 MDH.
These will allow the programming of the construction of 18,581 new production units in-house and with partners and 60,864 urban upgrading units. For completion, 22,818 new production units will be built and 80,211 urban upgrading units.
The Supervisory Board of the Al Omrane Group was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, Minister of National Territorial Development, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Holding Al Omrane, to assess the results of the year 2021 and the action plan for 2022.
The members of the Supervisory Board also took part in this meeting, in particular Nizar Baraka, Minister of Equipment and Water, Leila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, Awatif Hayar, Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family, Abdellatif Zaghnoun, General Manager of CDG, Dounia Taraji, President of the Hassan II Fund, Abderrahmane Seminar, Director of Public Enterprises and Privatization, as well as Khalid Safir, Wali, Director General of Territorial Communities, and several representatives of the Departments concerned.
