Crédit Agricole du Maroc succeeded in mobilizing 1.5 billion dirhams from institutions, through two bond issues that closed on July 15, 2022:

Issuance of subordinated bonds worth 1.2 billion dirhams;
Issuance of permanent subordinated bonds worth 300 million dirhams.
This increase, which is part of the annual program of issuances approved by the Supervisory Board of the Bank, was subscribed to by various categories of investors (OPCVM, insurance and reinsurance company, etc.), which confirms the quality of the signature of the group.
Thanks to these two issues, the Crédit Agricole du Maroc has consolidated its capital, in line with the specific action plan of organizational ratios, thus giving itself the means to finance and support the rural world, the agricultural sector, and agro-industries.
In this regard, the Bank aims to expand the scope of its civic participation by multiplying actions and initiatives for the benefit of the development of the national economy, the agricultural and rural sector, and more specifically for the benefit of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises in the rural world.
